Dr Rashid is from the Southside of Glasgow and qualified from the University of Dundee in 2017, passing his final year with distinction.
He then spent a year up north doing his vocational training in Inverness, building on his undergraduate degree and preparing for practice.
He is also a member of the British Dental Association and regularly attends meetings with the Inverclyde dental forum and CPD events organised by the Local Dental Committee and NHS Education for Scotland.
‘I enjoy all aspects of dentistry from fillings to dentures and root canal treatments to crowns.
I especially enjoy trying to keep up-to date with the latest techniques and innovations in dentistry.
Dentistry is an ever evolving field that is developing at pace with new digital technology and modern applications, making it easier to provide patients with the perfect smile.
I want to be able to harness the latest innovations to provide my patients with the best care available!
Out with dentistry I enjoy socialising with friends, going to festivals, exploring new cities and travelling to new places. I also take interest in issues relating to social justice.’
