Top Tips for Meticulous Oral Hygiene
- Brush your teeth at least twice per day with a toothpaste containing at least 1400 ppm (parts per million) Fluoride
- Brush with an electric toothbrush. They are proven to remove more plaque than manual
- After brushing spit out excess toothpaste but don’t rinse
- Brush last thing before sleeping and only have plain still water at your bedside
- Use interdental brushes between your teeth after brushing
- If the smallest interdental brushes do not fit between your teeth floss is still the boss!

- Mouthwash can be a useful addition to brushing, interdental cleaning but is no alternative. If you want to add mouthwash to your routine use it before brushing or after meals
